• Full-time, 12-hour shifts, Days, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on a Medical Surgical/Tele floor, including continuous cardiac monitoring during chemotherapy administration.
• Manage patients with soft tissue malignancies receiving diagnostic services, chemotherapy, and symptom management.
• Monitor and manage comorbidities, prevent infections, and reduce patient falls following strict protocols.
• Utilize specialized equipment such as telemetry monitors, bladder scanners, infusion pumps, and Stryker beds.
• Collaborate within a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist with procedures including port access, arterial line management, blood product administration, chest tube insertion/removal, and high-flow nasal cannula therapy.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid compact or Ohio state RN license in hand at the time of submission.
• Experience with EPIC EMR system.
• Skilled in dysrhythmia interpretation, port access, arterial line management, PICC line care, IV starts, and other critical nursing skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with oncology patient care is a plus but not required.
