Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 3x12s (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), 10-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring in an acute care hospital setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and interpret telemetry data to identify any abnormalities.
• Document patient care activities accurately in Epic electronic health records.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed.
• Float within scope to support various units and meet facility needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or acute care.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• NIHSS certification is a plus.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with patient ratios of 1:5.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to unit priorities.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
