Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Location
• Plano, TX

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, Days shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room for scheduled procedures including orthopedic, neuro/spine, robotics, plastics, and trauma cases
• Assist with perioperative patient management, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Support surgical teams during procedures, maintaining sterile techniques and compliance with hospital protocols
• Document patient information and surgical activities accurately in the EMR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth and efficient surgeries

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience working in an Operating Room environment
• Strong knowledge of OR procedures and protocols
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule
• Flexibility to work weekends and on-call if required

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Skills in orthopedic, neuro/spine, robotics, plastics, or trauma surgeries
• Experience with EMR systems, ideally Meditech
• Ability to adapt to high-pressure surgical settings
