Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems using physical or mechanical means to restore or improve function.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer physical therapy modalities and ensure proper documentation throughout treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy processes and wellness strategies.
• Maintain compliance with state licensure and certification requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure
• BLS certification from AHA
• Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Good physical condition for prolonged standing, walking, and patient handling

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in sports medicine or outpatient physical therapy settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Notes
This is a travel contract position scheduled for 13 weeks starting December 8, 2025, at a rate of $92 per hour. The role offers blocked scheduling with no weekend, on-call, or floating requirements.
