- Full-time, 4 shifts per week, days (AM shift from 06:00 to 18:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of North Dakota.
- Prior experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic health records, with Cerner experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Travel nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
