Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care within assigned units, including IMC, PCU, and Stepdown areas.
- Assess patients upon admission, gathering medical history, current status, vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement care plans under the supervision of a physician.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Participate in every other weekend shifts and holiday coverage as required.
- Maintain professional standards by wearing navy blue scrubs and following facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Valid RN license for the State of New Hampshire.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
- Experience with PCU/Stepdown units and telehealth nursing preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- At least 3 years of nursing experience, particularly in a step-down or telemetry setting.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent bedside manner and teamwork abilities.
