Key Responsibilities
- Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patient responses
- Provide patient care and education during dialysis sessions
- Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Adhere to safety standards and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months recent permanent dialysis experience prior to travel
- Ohio license or valid compact state license in hand
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments
- Two recent references from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty (within past 12 months)
- Active and valid certifications with no pending issues
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital or outpatient dialysis setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
