• Surgical Technician – OR

• Santa Rosa, CA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 12-hour day shifts, 3 days per week, with potential night shift coverage as needed, including alternating weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in surgical procedures across various specialties including outpatient, orthopedic, neuro, and vascular cases.
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all surgical equipment and supplies are sterile and ready.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards, including charting using Epic.
• Float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed.
• Work collaboratively with surgical teams, supporting patient care during surgeries.
Required Qualifications
• Valid California surgical technician license in hand.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent perioperative or surgical tech experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and major holidays.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, with some ability to cover night shifts if required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, trauma, or hospital-based surgical settings.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Ability to float between facilities and adapt to different surgical environments.
