• Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Location
• Maryville, TN
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
• Perform triage assessments, inductions, cesarean procedures, external versions, NSTs, and circumcisions
• Administer Mag Sulfate and manage newborn resuscitation/stabilization
• Support patients through various obstetric procedures and interventions
• Float to other units as needed, ensuring competency and compliance with unit guidelines
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in Tennessee (TN)
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery (L&D) experience
• 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
• Must have active TN RN license and be able to float to other units within scope of practice
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with triage, inductions, and high-risk obstetric procedures
• Ability to work night shifts and handle call requirements
• Strong stabilization and neonatal resuscitation skills
