Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services according to plan of care and patient needs
• Complete documentation in coordination with ATI, including required paperwork outside of the assignment clearance process
• Adhere to all licensing and credentialing requirements, including active state license and credentialing procedures
• Follow facility-specific policies, including equipment setup and on-site procedures during assigned shifts
• Maintain professional standards and compliance with facility and agency protocols

Required Qualifications
• Active physical therapy license in the state of Maryland
• Experience in client setting and patient care
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately
• Reliable transportation and ability to start promptly from 02/09
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior work experience at ATI or similar rehab facilities
• Knowledge of credentialing and documentation processes
• Familiarity with hospital or outpatient clinical environments
