Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist
- Support patient treatment plans through routine therapy activities
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
- Assist in setting up therapy equipment and maintaining a safe environment
- Support patient education and engagement during therapy sessions
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Prior experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (preferred)
- Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
- Knowledge of patient documentation and electronic health records
