Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic support and interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting to supervising therapists.
• Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment in compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• Previous experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of applicable therapies and therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with pediatric or geriatric populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• CPR or first aid certification.
