Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

Location
• Petoskey, MI

Schedule / Job Type
• Days, Part-time (approximately 4 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift, scheduled for a total of 36 hours weekly, with 40 hours scheduled)

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and therapy services
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient records
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license/certification in the state of Michigan
• Prior experience in a therapy or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and adhere to safety protocols
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
