Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Efficiently manage a productivity rate of approximately 12-14 patient visits per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to deliver quality patient care and meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics is not required; primarily based at the designated location.
• Ensure patient treatment plans are followed and documented accurately.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to see 12-14 patients daily.
• Willing to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Experience or comfort with outpatient orthopedic therapy is a plus.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics.
• Strong organizational skills to manage high patient volumes.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
