Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy to patients in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and record patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards in all procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Respiratory Therapist license/certification
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Proven experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
- Ability to work night shifts consistently and reliably
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
