Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient-centered care in a hospital setting, working primarily on medical-surgical units.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with bedside procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately using the Meditech system.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety guidelines, and dress code standards.
- Float to inpatient units, including ICU and ED, to support staffing needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (RN) in the state of Kentucky.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience.
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain a positive attitude.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital environment with medical-surgical patients.
- Familiarity with Meditech documentation system.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
