Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform therapy sessions, including manual therapy, patient education, and therapeutic exercises
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with clinical staff and obtain approval for OT hours as needed
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, treating approximately 12-14 patients daily

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred but not required for new graduates
• Ability to work independently and follow treatment protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Relevant outpatient outpatient outpatient experience, particularly in orthopedics
• Ability to see a high volume of patients and handle a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work at multiple clinics within the area
