Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic needs.
• Assess patient condition and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the care team.
• Work collaboratively with other clinic staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications
• State licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work day shifts on a full-time basis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Recent graduates with clinical outpatient experience may be considered.
• Experience working with orthopedic patient populations.
• Willingness to float to other clinics if needed.
• Ability to handle a productivity standard of 60 visits per week.
