Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and established standards of care.
• May float to other clinics as needed, with prior approval.
• Double-book follow-up visits to maximize productivity, aiming for 60 visits per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
