Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to clients.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities under supervision.
• Monitor and document client progress and response to treatment.
• Support clients in improving their daily living and functional skills.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Relevant educational background in occupational therapy assistance.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or inpatient setting.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and documentation systems.
