Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Support rehabilitation and therapy sessions
- Document patient progress and treatment plans
- Ensure a safe and encouraging environment for patients
- Help implement therapeutic exercises and activities
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation facility
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems
