Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapeutic treatments to patients.
• Implement individualized therapy plans to support patient recovery and functional improvement.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Support patients through therapeutic activities designed to enhance daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
• Adhere to all clinical policies and procedures to ensure quality care.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of New Jersey.
• Prior experience in a therapeutic or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of patient care standards and safety protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience with pediatric or adult patients.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
