Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 36 hours per week, on-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care.
• Perform assessments, monitor labor progress, prepare for C-sections, inductions, and document nursing care accurately.
• Administer care during labor, post-delivery, and postpartum, including infant care and patient education.
• Prepare delivery rooms, offer emotional support, and coordinate transfers as needed.
• Administer IV medications, follow infection control principles, and adhere to obstetrics department policies.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Colorado.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification and ACLS within one year of employment.
• At least 4 years of experience in obstetrics care preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Interest in obstetrics, labor, delivery, postpartum, and mother-infant care.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control principles.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-stress situations and communicate effectively with diverse populations.
