Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy assistance to residents in a long-term care setting
• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assist residents with therapeutic activities to promote independence and well-being
• Document patient progress and report to supervising therapists
• Support the overall care and comfort of residents at the healthcare facility

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or credential
• Previous experience working in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with geriatric or rehabilitation patients
• Knowledge of documentation and compliance standards in healthcare operations
