Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to clients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license or certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of current speech therapy techniques and practices.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or school setting.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records.
