• Full-time, Day shifts (4x10 hours)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced nursing care to patients in the Interventional Radiology (IR) and Special Procedures units.
• Collaborate with medical team to support patient assessments, preparations, and post-procedure care.
• Ensure adherence to established protocols and safety standards in a high-volume Level II Trauma Center.
• Document patient information accurately using EPIC electronic charting system.
• Respond to on-call needs, including 30-minute response time for emergencies.
• Float within the hospital or to nearby facilities as required, supporting various units as needed.
Required Qualifications
• Active Washington RN license or Compact RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IR/Special Procedures nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of EPIC charting system.
• Ability to work day shifts and respond promptly to call emergencies.
• Willingness to work holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day).
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or similar high-acuity environment.
• Previous experience working independently in interventional radiology or similar settings.
• Ability to adapt quickly to hospital protocols and multi-unit workflows.

Additional Notes:
- Assignment length: 13 weeks with possible extension.
- Shift hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Must commit to working 3 out of 5 major holidays.
- Must meet travel compliance and reference requirements.
- Be prepared to float within hospital units as necessary.
