• Full-time, Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
• Assist during vascular and endovascular procedures as a first assistant
• Provide scrub support in various surgical specialties including vascular, neuro, ortho/spine, plastics, ENT, GYN, urology, dental, and robotics
• Ensure sterile technique and assist the surgical team to maintain a smooth workflow
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols, including EPIC system documentation if applicable
• Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care during operations
Required Qualifications
• Formal CST (Certified Surgical Technology) education with a technical diploma from CST training program – on-the-job training not accepted
• Must have at least 2 years of vascular/endovascular surgical experience as a CST
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• BLS certification required
• Ability to produce proof of CST training diploma for compliance purposes
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Familiarity with a variety of surgical procedures including neuro, plastics, ENT, GYN, urology, and robotics
• Previous experience as a first assist in a surgical setting
