Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Night shifts, part-time (3 shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Follow facility policies and safety procedures during night shifts.

Required Qualifications
• Current registered nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working night shifts in LTC/SNF environments.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
