Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location: Conway, AR
Schedule / Job Type: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, 3 nights per week, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-week assignment, temp-to-perm transition possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients during night shifts
• Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and respond to dysrhythmias promptly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Valid State RN license (Arkansas or Compact license) at the time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, including telemetry experience preferred
• Ability to pass a basic dysrhythmia test (full dysrhythmia test required for CCU, ED, PACU areas; lethal rhythm test for other departments)
• Willingness to work night shifts and some holidays
• Must meet travel compliance requirements (SNN, DOB, RTO guidelines)

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in CCU, ED, or PACU units is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
