Key Responsibilities

• Support patient rehabilitation programs under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Prior professional experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Ability to work full-time days with consistent availability.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of patient care documentation processes.
