- Full-time, Days, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult patients on medical surgical and telemetry units.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias using telemetry equipment.
- Access ports, manage arterial lines, PICC lines, and central lines.
- Administer blood products and IV medications utilizing various infusion pumps.
- Assist with procedures such as chest tube insertions/removals and high-flow nasal cannula therapy.
- Follow infection prevention protocols and ensure patient safety, including fall prevention.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting.
- Valid RN license (compact or state license) in hand at time of submission.
- BLS certification.
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records.
- Ability to interpret ABGs and manage complex patient needs.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
- Proficiency with dysrhythmia interpretation, port access, and line management.
