Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a caseload with an average of 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits and double-booking as needed.
• Ensure treatment plans comply with clinical standards and patient care protocols.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and physicians to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain documentation and accurate records for all therapies provided.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist in Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willing to accept first-time travelers and new graduates.
• Flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week within scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong patient communication and care skills.
