Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3 shifts per week, Days, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult and geriatric patients on IMC, PCU, and step-down units.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and implement care plans.
• Administer chemotherapy, IV antibiotics, blood transfusions, and other oncologic treatments.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention protocols and patient safety measures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and document via electronic charting.
• Support quality improvement initiatives related to patient safety and infection control.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio or Compact State RN license in hand at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a critical or acute care setting.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience caring for adult and geriatric oncology patients.
• Able to quickly complete Ohio fingerprinting process as required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology certification (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic charting system.
• Experience with complex medical-surgical procedures and oncology treatments.
