- Travel, 13-week assignment, Days (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM), 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Operating Room for various surgical procedures including orthopedics, general, gynecology, urology, cysto, podiatry, ENT, bariatric, and robotic surgeries.
- Assist with patient monitoring, preparation, and post-operative care during surgeries.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient and safe procedures.
- Adhere to unit policies, guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
- Support floating between areas as needed, following unit guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience
- Experience with orthopedic, general, and gynecological surgeries
- Ability to work flexible, professional, and team-oriented
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with urology/cysto procedures
- Familiarity with robotic surgery and complex case management
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
