Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care through comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Communicate patient’s clinical changes to physicians, supervisors, and team members as needed.
- Participate actively in discharge planning processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
- CPI certification (Crisis Prevention and Intervention).
- Ohio RN license (or multi-state RN license).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital or acute care psychiatric environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle challenging behavioral situations with professionalism.
