Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time; Days shift; 40 hours per week; Non-exempt

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and evaluate patient treatment plans in collaboration with medical staff.
• Administer therapy treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper implementation and documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, and medical staff regarding treatment progress and plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and discharge summaries.
• Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and proper care techniques.
• Ensure departmental policies, safety, and infection control standards are upheld.
• Assist with quality assurance, data collection, and departmental reports.
• Coordinate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (required).
• Valid and current Nebraska Physical Therapy license or PT Compact license.
• Active driver's license.
• Physical ability to perform all job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and manual dexterity.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and modalities.
