Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Complete required documentation and coordinate with ATI prior to assignment start.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality patient care.
• Maintain active licensure and equipment during the assignment.
• Follow dress code and parking policies provided on the first day.

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
• Experience in clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately.
• Availability to work 5 days per week.
• Willingness to start on the specified date and adhere to credentialing requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with ATI or similar healthcare providers.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation processes.
• Ability to coordinate credentialing and licensing procedures efficiently.
