Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under supervision to patients
- Implement treatment plans designed by licensed therapists
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments
- Assist in patient mobility and functional activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification
- Proven experience as a PTA in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
