Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for diverse patient populations, including spinal, neuro, trauma, surgical, and orthopedic cases.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor patient conditions, document findings, and update medical records accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain a high standard of patient safety and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Nursing License (Nursys verification preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• EPIC electronic health record experience required.
• Ability to demonstrate consistent work history with no more than 60 days gap.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Must include a badge-appropriate photograph and all demographic information in profile.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for trauma, neuro, or orthopedic patients.
• Knowledge of inpatient care special populations such as quadriplegic or paraplegic patients.
• Certification in BLS or ACLS preferred.
