Key Responsibilities
- Perform adult and pediatric echocardiograms, including transesophageal, stress, and structural heart procedures.
- Assist in advanced structural heart procedures such as TAVR and Watchman.
- Operate Phillips Epiq and GE ultrasound equipment.
- Collaborate with cardiology team to provide high-quality imaging and follow-up exams.
- Adhere to procedural protocols and maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system.
- Participate in rotating day shifts, including weekends, with on-call responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification in Adult Echo.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in echocardiography.
- Ability to perform comprehensive adult cardiac imaging procedures.
- Knowledge of advanced structural heart procedures is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Structural Heart procedure experience.
- Experience with TAVR and Watchman procedures.
- Prior travel ultrasound or sonographer experience.
