Key Responsibilities
• Assist lead teachers in delivering instructional activities and reinforcing lessons.
• Support classroom management to maintain an orderly and engaging environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring tailored to individual student needs.
• Support assessment administration and track student progress to inform instruction.
• Prepare instructional materials and set up technology or equipment for lessons.
• Collaborate with staff and other paraprofessionals to meet educational goals.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Certified Paraprofessional through GaPSC.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience working with children in educational settings, especially with small groups or individual students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Patience, flexibility, and a strong commitment to student support.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Familiarity with assessment administration and progress tracking.
• Prior experience in a middle school environment.
