Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week assignment, 3 shifts per week, Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care within the operating room, supporting a team of skilled professionals.
• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties, excluding transplant and pediatrics.
• Utilize standard OR equipment, including robotics, to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with charge, cardiovascular, and trauma teams to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to unit policies, guidelines, and safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards.
• Support on-call responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of OR nursing experience, including trauma, orthopedic, and neuro procedures.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with national/military certification and at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Meditech EMR and familiarity with robotic-assisted procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech/HCA systems.
• Robotics experience.
• Charge nurse experience.
