Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, days shifts, approximately 9 hours per shift, 4 days per week, 12-week travel assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Provide evaluations and treatments to a diverse patient population in an acute care hospital setting
• Utilize basic rehab equipment including portable parallel bars, stairs, ceiling lifts, and other therapy tools
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain documentation using Sunrise Allscripts system
• May be required to cover in multiple inpatient units and occasionally support the Emergency Department
• Participate in flexible scheduling, including one weekend shift per month, with shift start times between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m.

Required Qualifications
• Valid licensed Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an acute care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Vestibular therapy experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience managing cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic patients
