Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the IMC, PCU, or stepdown units, ensuring safety and comfort
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and coordinate with healthcare team
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Float to different units within the organization as needed, including PCU and med-surg areas
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio or compact nursing license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU or Med-Surg experience
• EPIC electronic medical record experience required
• BCLS certification required
• Ability to float within different units as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ICU or stepdown units preferred
• Experience working in a hospital environment serving diverse patient populations
