• Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13 weeks, Days shift, 10.5-hour shifts, with call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology (EP) units
• Assist and monitor during complex procedures such as left and right heart catheterizations, TAVR, TMVR, stent placements, atherectomy, Impella, IABP, Mitral Clip, and other interventional cardiology interventions
• Manage and titrate drug infusions independently, including Impella and IABP devices
• Follow unit policies, including self-scheduling for call and weekend coverage
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols for adult cardiac patients
• Document patient data accurately in EMR systems such as Sunrise / Allscripts / Mac Lab

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• ACLS certification
• Critical care nursing experience
• Experience with Impella and IABP devices
• Ability to independently titrate drips
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience performing left and right heart catheterizations
• Familiarity with TAVR, TMVR, ASD/PFO procedures, and stent/angioplasty interventions
• Prior experience with atherectomy devices, mechanical thrombectomy (INARI, EKOS)
• Strong organizational skills with a good sense of humor and team-oriented attitude
