Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities for patients.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team.
• Support patient recovery and improve functional independence through therapy sessions.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Prior experience in a therapy setting is preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of therapy documentation protocols.
