Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Operating Room environment for surgical patients.
• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure efficient operating room procedures.
• Document patient care and procedure information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Support other perioperative team members as needed to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license with current state certification.
• Surgical tech certification is mandatory; candidates without it will not be considered.
• Must have current OR experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification is highly preferred and will be considered a plus.
• Experience in general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, trauma, neurosurgery, or spine procedures.
• High-energy and motivated personality with excellent teamwork skills.
