Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and delivery of radiation treatment plans by calculating precise dosages.
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists and medical physicists to optimize treatment efficacy and safety.
• Prepare and verify treatment parameters using specialized dosimetry equipment and software.
• Ensure accurate data collection and documentation within the oncology treatment team.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards related to radiation therapy.

Required Qualifications

• Certification or licensure as a Dosimetrist (ARRT or equivalent).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience working with radiation treatment planning systems.
• Knowledge of radiation safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a cancer treatment or radiation oncology setting.
• Familiarity with treatment planning software and imaging modalities (e.g., IGRT, SBRT, IMRT).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
