Key Responsibilities

• Provide circulating nursing care in a busy CVOR operating room setting.
• Assist with a variety of cardiovascular surgical procedures, including robotics, general surgery, ENT, Uro/Gyn, Orthopedics, Colorectal, Vascular, and Urology.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to unit policies, dress code, and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to on-call emergencies and participate in pre-shift huddles.
• Ensure proper documentation using the Meditech EMR system.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years circulating RN experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Valid BLS certification.
• CVOR experience is mandatory.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification.
• Over 5 years of CVOR RN experience.
• Experience with heavy robotics and complex surgical procedures.

Additional Details

• Shift: Days, 10.5 hours per shift, 4 shifts per week.
• On-call responsibilities during weekends and weekdays as scheduled.
• Shift start time: 6:30 AM; end time: 5:00 PM.
• Immediate start available for a 13-week travel assignment.
