Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, 40 hours per week guaranteed (excluding Christmas and New Year’s weeks), no specific shift assigned, shared call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist surgical teams during procedures, ensuring sterile field and proper instrument handling
- Prepare operating rooms and supplies prior to surgeries
- Maintain adherence to safety and infection control protocols
- Support patient care and comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth surgical operations
Required Qualifications
- Certification in surgical technology or equivalent
- BLS certification
- Current TB clearance
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working as a Surgical Tech in a hospital or surgical center
- Ability to work shared call shifts and adapt to varying schedules
